When our owner, Felix Loveless, decided to start building homes his goal was to build in the way that he would want his own home to be constructed. This care and attention is how we consistently meet and exceed the needs of our clients and the expectations for our projects. It's what leads us to work collaboratively with a skilled and dedicated team of people to ensure everything is done the right way from start to finish. Our builders are on site every day both working and meeting with clients as we continue to grow neighbourhoods like Elizabeth Park and Clovelly Estates. Building, renovating, or remodelling a home is a big decision and investment, so it's our goal to provide peace of mind and a final product that captures our clients' vision and lasts for years to come.
